I’ve arrived in the wellbeing space following a long and fulfilling corporate career, one rooted in communications, employee engagement, and shaping meaningful experiences for people at work. For more than two decades, I managed events, led culture and engagement programmes, and crafted human centred storytelling across global organisations. My work consistently focused on helping people feel connected, supported, and able to thrive.
Over time, that focus naturally evolved into a deeper interest in wellbeing, particularly the need for calm, clarity, and nervous‑system restoration in fast paced, high-pressure environments. That path led me to create anama, where I now design immersive sound bath experiences that blend therapeutic sound with breath led presence.
My approach is grounded, intuitive, and quietly powerful, offering individuals and teams a space to soften, recalibrate, and return to themselves. Guided by the anama philosophy — resonate ~ release ~ return — my work bridges communication, creativity, and holistic wellbeing, supporting people and organisations in cultivating resilience, connection, and inner quiet.
