Group Sound Bath Sessions

Service Description

You will be invited to get comfortable with blankets, cushions and bolsters before being gently guided with meditation and breathing techniques. Nicola will use a mix of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, accompanied by several other instruments like chimes and chalices - creating a multi-dimensional soundscape. The frequencies from the bowls and instruments influence brainwaves offering us the opportunity to reconnect with ourselves. Some find it very relaxing; some find it brings emotions to the surface. Each practitioner curates their own unique experience and each experience is unique to you.
