Group Sound Bath - The Greenwich Gallery

Service Description

Join us for this intimate sound bath at The Greenwich Gallery - our restorative sanctuary for the evening. Surrounded by beautiful artwork and pieces lovingly made by the hands of local makers, we will enjoy a multi-dimensional soundscape, created with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and chalices. You will be invited to lay down on your mat and get comfortable before being gently guided with meditation and breathing techniques. You will then be bathed with the frequencies of the bowls, sounds that create a path for our brainwaves to follow and offer us the opportunity of deep meditation, rest and restoration. Enjoy an hour of no devices and nowhere else to be, come as you are 🤍.
